Signature Organizational Partnership
Wellness isn’t built in a single afternoon. Real impact happens through consistent experiences that help people slow down, reconnect, and feel supported throughout the year.
As workplace culture evolves and alcohol consumption declines among younger generations, organizations are looking for more inclusive ways to foster connection and team engagement.
The Seasonal Wellness Series gives teams a wellness experience they’ll actually look forward to attending.
The Seasonal Wellness Series
More Than a Mocktail Workshop
Led by a NASM Certified Wellness Coach, each experience is intentionally designed to support mindfulness, nervous system regulation, sensory engagement, and meaningful human connection.
These workshops incorporate:
• guided breathwork and mindful pauses
• sensory grounding techniques
• intentional movement and stress-reset practices
• reflective journaling prompts
• functional ingredient education
• intentional conversation and connection experiences designed to extend beyond the workshop
“As a certified wellness coach, I’ve found that people rarely need more information about wellness. What they truly need are intentional moments that help them pause, reconnect, and actually experience what wellbeing feels like.”
-Cristi Kaido

THE FOUR EXPERIENCES
WINTER RESET
•Rest •Recovery •Nervous System Support
Winter asks a lot of people. End-of-year deadlines, holiday pressure, the cumulative weight of a long year.
This experience gives your team permission to slow down, with warming mocktails featuring cacao, peppermint, cranberry, and spices, and honest conversations about rest, recovery, and sustainable energy going into the new year.
SPRING RENEWAL
•Clarity •Growth •Fresh Energy
Something shifts in spring, and this experience leans into it. Bright, herb-forward mocktails paired with conversations about intention, energy, and fresh routines. A chance to step into the new season feeling clear-headed and genuinely energized.
SUMMER CONNECTION
•Joy •Presence •Team Connection
Summer is for people. This experience is lighter and more playful. We focus on genuine human connection over refreshing mocktails with watermelon, cucumber, mint, and basil. Less agenda, more presence.
FALL GROUNDING
•Routine •Resilience •Re-Centering
Fall is transition season, and transition takes energy. This experience helps teams find their footing with grounding flavors like apple, pear, cinnamon, and maple, alongside conversations about navigating change, rebuilding routines, and staying balanced during busy seasons.
PERFECT FOR
• Workplace wellness initiatives
• Leadership teams
• Schools & teacher wellness days
• Healthcare organizations
• Nonprofit teams
• Employee appreciation programming
• Retreats & conferences
• Team-building experiences
A Note from the Founder
The Mindful Mixer was built on a simple belief: wellness should feel as good to experience as it is good for you.
I’m Cristi Kaido. A NASM Certified Wellness Coach, Nutrition Coach, and Personal Trainer, and I created these experiences because I wanted wellness and genuine enjoyment to go hand in hand.
Every session is intentionally designed to help people slow down, reconnect, and experience wellbeing in a more meaningful way…one intentional sip at a time.
These aren’t traditional workshops.
They’re intentional pauses in the middle of busy lives, and that’s exactly what makes them memorable.
A YEAR OF WELLNESS
FOR YOUR TEAM
When wellness is woven into the actual rhythm of the year, teams feel it…in how they connect, in how they navigate hard seasons, and in how they talk about the place they work.
The Seasonal Wellness Series gives your organization four intentional moments a year to pause, recharge, and show up for each other.
